1,700 years after the first Council of Nicaea in 325, the sixth volume of the Dynamic Dictionary of Trinitarian Ontology is a multi-author study on the encounter between philosophy and the Christ-event and, ultimately, on the thinkability and speakability of B/being. The event of Jesus Christ, lived and interpreted in the wake of the Jewish affirmation of God’s transcendence, fosters in the 4th century a way of thinking about the one-many relationship that, while engaging with Greek categories, transforms them through the development of a formally Trinitarian thought.
