The Dynamic Dictionary of Trinitarian Ontology (DDOT) outlines a path whose completion cannot be determined. First and foremost, because it must follow the rhythm and dynamics of that truly “unconditioned” Principle that has been defined as maius quam cogitari possit.
In a time harshly challenged by a crisis of epochal proportions like the one we are living through, we feel called to offer a specific contribution to the urgency of “rethinking thought”: to reopen it to the breath of a horizon where its Other appears not as the absolutus lost in the night of darkness, but as the Mystery that hosts within itself, as Word and as Love, the multicolored rainbow of reality.
We are convinced that the recognition of the trinitarian nature of the Principle, held within the heart of Christianity, can allow us to grasp anew its transfiguring reverberation in every corner of being, knowing, and acting. A newly coined Dictionary, then—dynamic and inclusive—whose purpose, premises, and promises are articulated in the Manifesto that inaugurated it.
An adventure of the Spirit led by a group of Italian theologians and philosophers driven by a perichoretic intentionality, open to the indispensable contribution of those from other disciplinary and cultural fields who wish to share its aim and commitment.
