Trinitarian ontology in Latin America: a research project between anthropology and Trinitarianism

Strengthened by the dialogue between specialists, this research journey is an intellectual exercise that allows for the consideration of the proposed themes, discovering the path to follow through a rigorous discernment of the historical situation. This path is oriented, on one hand, toward phenomenologically identifying the anthropological significance of ongoing cultural and social processes, and, on the other, toward theologically offering their assumption and transformation within the Paschal logic, which finds its saving event in the Trinitarian Mystery. The research work is based on four active pillars:

Thematizing and initiating, in an initial and exploratory form, the fruitful hermeneutic circle between phenomenological and theological readings.

Promoting this reading from an interdisciplinary and intercultural perspective.

Recounting the experience of research and study as an existential place of shared exercise.

Living the mysticism of being part of one another within the Trinitarian logic, identifying the significant aspects of the research.

“Trinitarian Anthropology” Series

The series collects the research work carried out by a group of experts, including theologians and philosophers from various Latin American contexts, to reflect on the contribution that the experience and thought arising from the Gospel are called to offer to the discernment of the new paradigm required by today’s times.
